UI : listes déroulantes lisibles en thème sombre, cadre unique sur la cible sélectionnée

- option/optgroup prennent les couleurs du thème (texte clair sur fond clair sinon)
- carte cluster : bord de statut en ombre interne (suit les coins arrondis),
  sélection en contour accent de 2 px au lieu du double cadre
